Day at the Zoo

Yesterday we took a trip to the zoo! we have been stuck in the house for 6 days and we all were about to go nuts so we got up early and went to the zoo for a couple of hours. It was the perfect day to go. While we were there the weather was perfect and Jason was in a great mood. It is really cool that he is getting to the age where he really enjoys these type of things because he understands more. We were really excited to see the bears because Jason is obsessed with the movie Brother Bear but unfortunately they weren't out :-( so we headed over to the monkeys which Jason really enjoyed. The whole time we were walking around he was making monkey noises. Bailey had a great time too! As soon as we got there she was hungry so I feed her and then she fell asleep and stayed asleep the whole time we were there... sounds like fun to me!!! I don't get a whole lot of that now a days:-)

Towards the end of our trip it was starting to get pretty hot so we stopped for an icee and here is jason trying to show us his blue tongue

Me and my wonderful husband...aren't we just so cute. We don't have too many pictures of just us anymore so it is always fun when we can sneak one in :-)

As we were sitting down taking a break with our icee Jason found a fence to climb. This kid tries to climb Everything.
