Our little fish!

Memorial Day was a little disappointing.  We were hoping for nice weather but instead got a nice rainy day and i think it might have reached 60 degrees.  however, that did not stop us from taking Jason for his very first swim.  Luckily our pool is heated so it was warm enough for Jason to enjoy it.  He had so much fun i cant wait till the weather is nice so he can stay out there for a longer period of time.      

 

This past week Jason starting eating baby food and he did pretty good.  He had Sweet potatoes and he seemed to enjoy them way more than the rice cereal.  

Family, Fun, and the Zoo!

So this past week Ashley,Roger,Lily and Sam came out to stay with us.  Oh yes we all stayed in our little apartment but it was a lot of fun!! We also got to spend time with our friends from wyoming. it was so good to see everyone!! We had a lot of good times and not so great experiences.  The first night they got in we went to this place called Casa Bonita.  Yuck.  Food...gross, tables...gross, service... HORRIBLE.  When we first got to our table there was a pitcher of beer on Ashleys table to being the wonderful mother she is she put it on the table behind hers where four kids were sitting! haha in her defense they were not there when she did it so she really had no idea anyone was sitting there.  So that event... not so great.  The next few days we just hung out went to a lot of parks and malls and that is always fun! I know Lily really enjoyed it. Finally on Saturday We all headed over to the Denver Zoo.

So this week my sister, her husband, and two kids are staying with us and so far it has been a blast.  I just wanted to post a few pictures of the boys because they are too darn cute together!

Our trip to the park

It has been so nice the past couples of days so i decided that today we would take a walk to the park. It was a lot of fun to get out in the nice weather and get some sun. It was kind of hard to get a picture of him smiling because the sun was pretty bright and in his eyes so everytime he looked up at me to take a picture he would sneeze.

We just arrived at the park after about a 1/2 mile walk and Jason is just trying to figure out what is going on.

I think he had more fun with the water bottle than he did swinging in the big swing but it was fun for me to take pictures!

The park was a success! Jason enjoyed it and we both took a good nap when we got home!
